Delete or Access My Data

You can ask us to delete your personal information, send you a copy, correct it, or stop contacting you. There is no charge, and you do not need to give a reason.
This opens an email to kmeinchq@gmail.com. We do it by email on purpose, so we do not collect more data from you through a web form.
What happens next
- We reply within 5 business days to confirm. To protect you, we may ask you to write from the email address in question.
- We complete the request within 30 days.
- For a deletion we remove your information from our systems and from the providers that handle it for us, except records the law makes us keep (for example payment records, 6 years). We will tell you what we kept and why.
- If you only want us to stop emailing you, say so. We keep just your address on a do-not-contact list so it cannot happen again.
Not satisfied with our answer? You can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
