Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of kmedevelopment.ca and what you buy through it from KAE MOB ENTERTAINMENT INC., operating as K.M.E. Incorporated (“K.M.E.”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or buying from us you agree to them.

Who can use this

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract. If you buy for a business, you confirm you can bind it.

What we sell

• Strategy Session ($250 CAD): a 60 minute working session, followed by a written action list.
• Financial Structure Toolkit ($47 CAD): four browser-based tools. Access is delivered by link after payment.
• Fractional CFO, grant writing, business systems, copywriting: scoped and priced in a written agreement before any work or payment.

The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, in Canadian dollars. There are no other fees. If tax applies it is itemized before you pay.

What we do not promise

• We do not guarantee any financial result, revenue, savings or funding.
• For grant work, we prepare and submit the best application we can. Funders decide, and approval is never guaranteed.
• Our work is business consulting. It is not legal, tax, accounting-audit or investment advice. Check those with a licensed professional.
• The toolkit’s calculations are estimates based on what you type. Nothing you type leaves your device.

Licence to use the toolkit

When you buy the toolkit you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own business. Do not resell, share the access link publicly, or republish it.

Our content, images and software

The site and the content we publish under our brands belong to K.M.E. unless stated. You may link to our public content but may not republish it as your own. The website uses no stock photography and no third-party scripts, and uses your device’s own fonts. Our social videos use our own footage. Where we use AI tools to help draft text or edit video, a person at K.M.E. reviews it before it is published.

Refunds

See our Refund Policy. It is part of these terms.

Liability

The site is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for it, and we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under Ontario consumer law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

Ontario law and the laws of Canada that apply there govern these terms. Disputes go to the courts of Ontario.
