Refund Policy

We want you to buy only what is useful to you. These are the terms, in plain language.

Strategy Session ($250 CAD)

Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the session. Cancel in that window and you get a full refund.
If we cancel or miss the session, you get a full refund or a new time of your choice.
After the session: if you did not receive a written action list, or it was not useful, email us within 7 days and we will refund the $250.

Financial Structure Toolkit ($47 CAD)

Ask within 14 days of purchase and we refund it in full. No reason needed.
When we refund, the access link stops working.

Fractional CFO, grant writing, systems, copywriting

The refund and cancellation terms are written into the agreement you sign before any payment. Work already delivered is billed as agreed. Unused prepaid work is refunded.
Grant approval is up to the funder. A declined application is not, by itself, a reason for a refund. We will say so before you buy.

How to ask

Email kmeinchq@gmail.com with the email you paid with and what you bought. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days, and your bank may take longer to show them.

Your rights under Ontario consumer-protection law are not reduced by this policy.
