Privacy Policy

KAE MOB ENTERTAINMENT INC., operating as K.M.E. Incorporated (“K.M.E.”, “we”, “us”) is an Ontario corporation. This policy covers kmedevelopment.ca, the Financial Structure Toolkit, our emails, and our own brand accounts (K.M.E. Incorporated, Kaeoken, AfroVim, Apex Legends content). Other sites you reach through our links, such as YouTube, TikTok and Stripe, have their own policies. We follow the principles of Canada’s private-sector privacy law (PIPEDA). That describes how we operate. It is not a certification.
Who this is for
Our services are for adults, age 18 or older. We do not direct anything to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
What we collect, and why
- Visiting the site. Our host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, page, time) for security and debugging. Separately, we count visits with our own first-party counter: which page, the website or campaign that sent you, and whether you used a phone or computer. It uses no cookies and stores no IP address.
- Buying. Stripe collects your name, email and payment details at checkout. We receive your name, email, amount paid and a source label (for example “site__toolkit”) so we can deliver what you bought and know which page it came from. We never see or store your card number.
- Emailing us or booking a session. What you send us: your email address, your message, and anything you share about your business. We use it to reply and to deliver the work.
- Business outreach. When we write to a business we use an email address the business published on its own website, with the company name and public details from that site. Every message names us, gives our mailing address, and has an unsubscribe option. We do not buy or rent lists.
- If you opt out. We keep your address on a do-not-contact list so we never write to you again. That is the only reason we keep it.
We do not ask for anything we do not need, we have no sign-up forms on this site, and we do not collect sensitive information such as government IDs, health data or banking logins.
Who else handles data for us
- Railway: hosts this website and our systems.
- Supabase: database (Canadian region).
- Stripe: payments.
- Brevo: delivers our emails.
- Anthropic: AI service we use to help draft business emails from public business details. We do not send it payment details.
The website loads no advertising trackers, no social-media pixels and no third-party fonts or analytics. We do not sell personal information.
Connected accounts
To publish our own content our systems hold access tokens for K.M.E.-owned YouTube and similar accounts. They operate only those accounts and can be revoked at any time from the platform.
Retention
- Payment and accounting records: 6 years, as Canadian tax law requires.
- Correspondence and client files: while the relationship lasts and for up to 2 years afterward, then deleted.
- Do-not-contact entries: kept so the opt-out keeps working.
- Server logs: kept by our host for a short rolling period.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, withdraw consent, or have it deleted. Use the data request page or email kmeinchq@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days. Legal records we must keep (for example payment records) cannot be deleted early, and we will tell you if that applies. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca).
Every promotional email has an unsubscribe link, and replying STOP also works. We act on it right away and no later than 10 business days.
Changes
We change the date at the top when this policy changes.
