S.I.O.S is a security operations platform for Canadian condominium and commercial buildings: digital guard patrols, structured incident records, visitor and parcel handling, and AI-assisted reporting. It is early stage: three working demos with sample data, no customer deployments yet, and we are looking for a first pilot building.
For many buildings, 24/7 security staffing is among the largest operating costs, and it tends to rise at renewal. Bring your own number and we will work from it.
Security staffing turns over constantly. Every departure means retraining, gaps in coverage, and residents dealing with someone who does not know the building.
A paper patrol sheet shows that a guard says they walked the building, not that they did. Timestamped checkpoints do.
Incidents recorded inconsistently are hard to hand to an insurer, a board or a lawyer later.
S.I.O.S is not a camera vendor and not a guard agency. It is the intelligence layer that sits over what the building already has.
Live building status, incident log, and structured reporting for the board and the insurer.
Visitor authorisation, parcel and delivery handling, and a direct line to building security from a phone.
Digital patrol tours, timestamped checkpoints, and structured incident capture. Every patrol is verifiable instead of assumed.
Drafts incident reports from the guard's notes and answers resident questions. Camera and video-feed analysis is planned and is not part of the current build.
No slideware. These are the actual applications, live, with sample data. Open them on your phone before our call.
Most security AI is written for the United States and quietly leaves a Canadian corporation carrying the privacy risk. S.I.O.S was built in Ontario, for Ontario buildings, with federal privacy law and provincial security regulation designed into the platform rather than bolted on after a procurement question.
Resident data handling designed against federal privacy requirements from day one.
Built with Ontario's private security regulatory framework in mind.
Where data is hosted and how long it is kept is settled in the pilot terms before anything goes live. The public demos run on standard cloud hosting with sample data.
| Tier | Per year | Built for |
|---|---|---|
| Sentinel | $15,000 | Smaller buildings and single sites |
| Guardian | $50,000 | Most condominium towers, 100 to 500 units |
| Fortress | $150,000 | Multi-site portfolios and mixed-use |
We are not quoting you a saving. A comparison is only worth anything against your real contract, your site profile and how much human presence you choose to keep, so we build it with you during the pilot.
You should not sign a $50,000 annual contract for a platform you have not watched run in your own building. So do not.
Your choice. Ideally the one causing you the most security friction right now.
The current platform, your building, your residents, your team. $1,000 flat. Camera integration is not included in the current build.
We are comfortable being compared directly. This takes 30 days.
Keep it at $4,167 per month on an annual agreement, or walk away with no further commitment.
An Ontario corporation building operational software. S.I.O.S is an early-stage product, and the 30-day pilot is how we learn how your building actually works.

Serving the GTA and Canadian markets.
Three working demos with sample data. No customer deployments yet.
We will look at one of your buildings, put the arithmetic against your real security spend, and show you what the platform reports on. If it is not a fit, you will know inside twenty minutes and we will not chase you.
